Edward reads the blog and picks me. Ms. Nakada reads a poem from Lucille Clifton. Justin reads it again, and he reads it so good! Now we are talking about bums because the poem is about a homeless lady. The class is so quite because they are all writing a poem. We just read a poem that is talking about girl moods. We finally reached ten points again and I am ready to eat pizza. I have to go do my work, goodbye.

So we were almost halfway through class when Ms. Nakada asked if anyone is doing the blog and then Edwin choose me. We were writing a poem about a video that we just watched called "To This Day." Ms. Nakada put some words from the video to put in our poem. Then Ms. Nakada said the we have nine minutes to either write a new poem or continue the one we are writing. Everyone is here today so if everyone gets there poem done we get our tenth point and a pizza party!

Hey guys so I am going to make this quick.When Genesis finished reading her blog she didn't know who to choose so Ms. Nakada told everyone who did a fourth to sit down. Sorry victor BUT SHE CHOOSE ME:(Ms Nakada passed out a are test and everyone is going over it. When we finished we took out paper to write a tribute to William Carlos Williams.

So, Alex chose me for the blog and right now everyone is taking out their Inquiry Project Reflections and working on them even if they didn't do their Inquiry Project. Now, Ms.Nakada is looking for a video to show us from one of her student from a different period class. The video was about Body Image and how girls see other models and peoples bodies as a body they want and also that magazines make girls want to loose weight. Well, I have to go do my reflection so bye.

Make-up work for Monday's amnesty day.
Here I am, doing the blag again because students need to complete the test and it's a minimum day.
We started with Alex reading his blog from Wednesday and then I read mine from yesterday.
Students finished the test and then I collected projects as students wrote down their reflections.
Students are to write poems over the break and complete work for the day of amnesty.
Extra credit for students who attend field trips over the break.

After writing down the agenda we went downstairs to meet with volunteers from Communities in Schools to go over our grades and see how we can do better. While we waited we worked on our test for The Book Thief.
Then we came back to class and continued our tests.
That was all we had time for today! Happy Spring Break!!!!

We are reading the poem by Billy Collins and then write down any words that we like . With those words we have to write our own poem out of it . I have to go write my poem so bye. We wrote the questions for the last page of notes on TBT.

Today we started the class with Humema reading the blog then she picks me for the blog and now Ms.Nakada is talking about the poems we reed yesterday like Fog. then she asked the class if they reed a poem called eagle and asked for the differents between fog and eagle and now Ms.Nakada has given us a peace of paper about a poem called "O Captain! My Captain." The poem start off by being happy than gets sad by having him die. Now we are going to do our inquiry project for the inquiry project we need to have:
4 sources (2 from books and 2 from another place) 10 points
2 quotes 2 explanations (8 topics) 20 points
work cited 10 points
annotated illustrated bibliography 20 points
